Company Structure
Atom is incorporated in Australia and is majority owned by Sanlam International Investment Partners Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Sanlam Investments, South Africa's second largest fund manager as measured by funds under management. Remaining equity is in the hands of Founders.
This structure gives Atom the strengths of a large multi-national while retaining the nimbleness of a boutique.
